Uniti Jewellery only operate online which means that we don’t have high overheads like many high street stores. We pass that saving onto our customers.

Each of our unique and exclusive designs is available to order in a variety of sizes and metals including Titanium, Silver, Gold, Red Gold, White Gold and Platinum (excluding cufflinks – which are Titanium only).  Just select the size and metal of your choice and add the product to your basket. It’s as simple as that.

Each of our designs is unique and exclusive to Uniti Jewellery, all designed in-house by our design experts.

We don’t believe in ‘off-the-shelf’ and as such all of our jewellery is made-to-order, especially for each and every customer.  As soon as you add an item to your basket you will be able to see an expected delivery date for your chosen jewellery. We will keep you updated via email throughout every stage so that you know exactly what stage your order is in and when you are likely to recieve it.

Due to COVID-19, some orders might take a day or two longer to arrive with you but we will keep you updated should this look likely.

If you need to cancel your order please inform us as soon as possible and we will do our best to help you.  As all of our jewellery is made-to-order, we cannot cancel an order once it has started the production phase.

If you are ordering a ring it’s very important that you make sure to order the correct size.  If you already know your size then that’s great but if you have any doubts, please order one of our free ring sizers here.

No, each and every ring we offer is solid in construction, exactly as you see it in the product image.

If you have ordered the wrong ring size please contact us immediately and we will do our best to help you.  As long as your ring has not entered the production stage we should be able to change the size for you.

As all of our jewellery is made-to-order we are unable to refund or exchange your item, however most local jewellers will be able to resize your new ring for you, depending on the style/metal you have ordered.  Please note that it will not be possible to resize Titanium rings.

Yes, we know it can be frustrating when you place an order and don’t know when it may arrive.  We will email you and keep you informed at every stage during the production of your jewellery.  If you have any questions at any time though, please email us at hello@unitijewellery.co.uk and we will be more than happy to help you.
